Interm report

So far this semester we've had a lot of fitness days and only a few choice game days. For most of the fitness days I've tried really hard and it's ended with me having a bright red face and exhausted. The things we do in fitness are hard, but also really fun, but also tiring. I notice a difference because the next day I'm sore and exhausted. Not going to lie but some days I'm too tired and lazy and don't try and just want pe to be over with. But that's only rarely because pe is a fun class no matter what we do and what makes it more fun is that I have my best friend Javina to work out with. I always bring my gym strip and have a positive attitude every class. I try to participate and volunteer more with the equipment. My personal goal is that next time we do the beep test I get a 10.

My Personal Profile



*I registered for this course because… i want to get active and move around a lot and get fit.

* My favorite part of PE is… having fun while working out and playing games in the fresh air.

*I think my current current level of fitness is… decent because I don't work out much but when I really try I can. 

*My previous personal best beep test is... 9.5 

*I am currently doing the following things to be active (outside of PE)… I used have a dog so I used to run with him a lot but not anymore, and sometimes I play basketball with my brother.

*Things that PHYSICALLY prevent me from doing exercise (i.e. medical, injury) I don't have any severe medical problems other than sometimes being sore but nothing serious.

*Things that MENTALLY prevent me from doing exercise (i.e. energy, time) time is a big thing of why I don't exercise because I have a lot of hw so that doesn't allow me to work out.

*My eating habits are… not that good because I eat a lot of junk food but also eat healthy. 
Breakfast: I'll have eggs and orange juice or I'll just have cereal
Lunch: I'll have pizza or just a lot of snacks
Snacks: I'll have either chips, an apple, or granola bars
Dinner: I'll have whatever my mom cooks me like pasta, burgers, roti and sometimes we will order out food.

*I Want to be able to learn more about… different parts of our body and how working out helps it like what exercises help to keep your heart healthy.

*I want to improve my abilities in… (ex. fitness, communication, positive impact) fitness because other than being more fit I want to start to like to work out so I can make it a  habitat. 

*Outside school activities I’d like to try are... Kickboxing 

*My fitness goals for the semester are… to stay active and get fit physically and develop a healthy mind and change my ways to become more healthy.

*My personal character goals are... To stay motivated and be determined to work hard all semester and also eat healthier.

Progress report

I feel like I've been doing good in pe not amazing but good. I feel I should get a B, a month ago I would say A but I know I've not been trying as hard as I used to maybe it's because the school year is almost over but I definitely think I deserve a B.

Pe fitness days

Pe has been a very fun experience an I loved every class. There were some classes I didn't like they were mostly fitness. Some fitness days were fun and some weren't. I loved the days we were outside they were the best. Our most recent fitness activity was the beep test. I wasn't proud of my score because last beep Test I had a 9.3 so I was hoping to get a 10 this time but instead I stopped at 8. I was so tired and I think it's because I don't attend the last fitness classes or because I don't try anymore for the others so I was disappointed with that score. After that we did some excersises and my favourite one was the plank because I can hold that for about 1 minute and 45 seconds. Here's the picture where I was doing the plank I think this was taken after a minute so I was really tired already my goal is to at least do a plank for 2 minutes

Progress Report

I've been loving pe a lot because the weather is getting nicer and were outside more and I want to give myself an A because I've been trying harder and usually I don't,  like I try but not 100% and lately I've been trying so hard. Pe is so fun I love everything thing about it even the fitness days but one thing I hate about pe is blog posts. I hate doing blogs I rather be playing outside with the class or playing a game. My favourite fitness is when we are outside because even though you get tired you still have fresh air unlike when your inside where u get suffocated. I really like the pond run and the community run. So overall I think I deserve an A because lately I've been trying hard in pe and not slacking off.

Interm Report

Throughout the term I've noticed I'm actually trying to be better and not slacking off that much. Not gonna lie I still slack off but not as much as I used
to.I'm always positive and participate in every activity. I always have a great time in pe, I love when we are outside cause we play fun games and also get fresh air at the same time. During fitness days I found myself trying more and having fun with it. I always have a red face at the end of gym whether its a game day or fitness day. I remember in the beginning of pe I didn't try at all and never really participated in every single thing we do but now I feel more healthier because I don't get tired that easily and I want to continue taking pe because I've gotten healthier and more fit with it.

Active Learning

Game days i always participate and try also during fitness most days i do my best but some days i slack off and dont do everything completely.

Im always positive and get along with everyone in class, and talk to alot of them.

During fitness days i try really hard and push myself and but sometimes i slack off a bit because i get tired. My favorite fitness is always something thats a little more fun like insanity or any workout videos or even doing any outside activities like the pond run. My fitness goal is to get through a whole block of fitness with giving it my all 100% and not stopping because i get tired.

To me leadership means someone who always leads by example and is always positive, also someone who always has fun. I think alot people in my class are leaders, anyone could be a leader as long as they have fun and are never negative attitude towards the class.

An improvement i would like to make is to do better on my beep test mark. Im proud of always bringing my strip and coming prepared to gym class and most of the time trying on fitness.

I would like to give myself a B in gym.
