Game days i always participate and try also during fitness most days i do my best but some days i slack off and dont do everything completely.
Im always positive and get along with everyone in class, and talk to alot of them.
During fitness days i try really hard and push myself and but sometimes i slack off a bit because i get tired. My favorite fitness is always something thats a little more fun like insanity or any workout videos or even doing any outside activities like the pond run. My fitness goal is to get through a whole block of fitness with giving it my all 100% and not stopping because i get tired.
To me leadership means someone who always leads by example and is always positive, also someone who always has fun. I think alot people in my class are leaders, anyone could be a leader as long as they have fun and are never negative attitude towards the class.
An improvement i would like to make is to do better on my beep test mark. Im proud of always bringing my strip and coming prepared to gym class and most of the time trying on fitness.
I would like to give myself a B in gym.
Thanks Simran. I think you are still working on getting comfortable with being uncomfortable during fitness. The only to improve on that is do it over and over and over. Find a friend who motivates you to do a little extra each time. That little extra will add up and by the end of the year the little extras stacked up will be a lot. :)
