Interm report
So far this semester we've had a lot of fitness days and only a few choice game days. For most of the fitness days I've tried really hard and it's ended with me having a bright red face and exhausted. The things we do in fitness are hard, but also really fun, but also tiring. I notice a difference because the next day I'm sore and exhausted. Not going to lie but some days I'm too tired and lazy and don't try and just want pe to be over with. But that's only rarely because pe is a fun class no matter what we do and what makes it more fun is that I have my best friend Javina to work out with. I always bring my gym strip and have a positive attitude every class. I try to participate and volunteer more with the equipment. My personal goal is that next time we do the beep test I get a 10.

I'm glad you are being honest! It is okay to have down days but like you said you definitely have more good days in which you are ready to put in a good workout. Hopefully you capitalize on this opportunity to get a 'free' gym membership and all your recommended 60 minutes of activity throughout the week!
